




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle customer service and relationship management, responsible for quotations, orders, delivery tracking, and maintaining commercial relationships. Provides committed product delivery dates. 3. Provides quotations and official pricing to customers according to contracts and/or negotiated prices. 4. Receives customer orders. 5. Provides updates and reschedules delivery dates. 6. Collects customer satisfaction data; conducts service surveys. 7. Provides and executes committed delivery dates. 8. Performs forecast analysis for account managers. 9. Coordinates internal company processes related to shipments. 10. Maintains and builds strong relationships with internal and external customers. Experience and Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering. 2. Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. 3. Proactive and dynamic. 4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 5. Flexible availability regarding working hours. 6. Knowledge of MRP/Oracle systems. 7. Excellent negotiation skills. 8. Willingness to travel. 9. Strong communication skills. 10. English proficiency: 90%.
