**Position Objective:** Perform sample collection for the processing or interpretation of all clinical studies, adhering to the standards and procedures established by the Organization, with excellent service attitude and warmth, thereby ensuring total customer satisfaction Areas of responsibility: · Collect blood samples, cultures, gynecological specimens, and electrocardiograms according to current official regulations and procedures established by the Organization, delivering high-quality and warm service that ensures complete patient satisfaction. · Centrifuge samples according to official regulatory procedures and those established by the Organization and Reference Laboratories. · Record pending samples on the outsourcing order, annotate relevant observations for each sample, and indicate the number of tubes (various), slides, jars, media, and biopsies included in the submitted samples. · Package samples timely and correctly according to official regulatory procedures and those established by the Organization and Reference Laboratories. · Classify biohazardous waste (RPBI) according to procedure and official regulations, as well as update daily and monthly logs. · Deliver RPBI waste to the provider's operator, verifying that the manifest data is correct and corresponds to the Clinical Analysis Unit’s records. · Update and maintain all logs according to official regulatory procedures (Procedure No.) and those established by the Organization. · Review, analyze, and deliver results to patients timely and accurately according to Organizational processes and policies. · Track special tests with pending delivery dates exceeding two days to ensure timely delivery and patient satisfaction. · Sanitize all areas and complete the corresponding log according to the established process (procedure). · Provide customer service by giving information about services offered by the Clinical Analysis Unit, both in person and over the phone. · Give instructions and prepare patients receiving services based on the required study, according to established procedures. · Provide information about ultrasound department studies to all patients according to the established procedure. · Accurately, honestly, and properly charge for studies and services provided by the Clinical Analysis Unit according to established organizational procedures. · Properly and honestly manage all matters related to the cash handling company and/or daily sales deposits as established. · Submit daily income reports according to procedures established by the department. Generate and print the daily global invoice, as well as perform point-of-sale closing, according to procedures and policies established by the Organization. · Generate and print the daily global invoice, as well as perform point-of-sale closing, according to procedures and policies established by the Organization. · Generate, send, and print the daily outsourcing order according to established procedures. · Print clinical study results daily according to established processes. · Send electrocardiograms to the cardiologist for interpretation, extract, and print results for delivery according to the procedure established by the Organization (only when no computer equipment is available in the ECG area).
