The candidate will be an integral part in supporting the project lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining Viva's reputation for excellence. **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:** * Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager in coordinating project tasks, schedules, and resources. * Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including plans, specifications, contracts, and correspondence. * Client Interaction: Liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors ensuring clear communication and smooth project progression * Site Visits: Attend site visits to ensure the project is progressing as planned and to address any potential issues. * Budget Monitoring: Assist in monitoring project costs and ensuring the project stays within budget. * Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders. * Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets Viva Railings’ high standards of quality and safety. * Research: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies to support the project's innovative approach. * Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the Project Management team as required. **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the railing or construction industry. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Proficient in project management software and tools. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. * Knowledge of railing systems and related safety standards would be an advantage. * Bilingual\- English and Spanish required Job Type: Full\-time Application Question(s): * Please submit your resume in English only.
