Position Summary: We are seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer with experience in supervising final finishes, coordinating repairs, managing quality for residential unit handovers, and providing customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and quality control of final finishes in residential units 2. Coordination of repairs and post-sales customer service 3. Experience in residential construction projects and construction processes Responsibilities: Supervise final finishing works in residential units prior to handover. Coordinate repairs and outstanding items identified during inspections or post-sales reports. Verify that residential units comply with the company's established quality standards. Coordinate handover inspections and walkthroughs with customers and the post-sales service department. Prepare progress reports, pending item lists, and release documentation for units ready for handover. Validate materials, finishes, and labor during the final construction stages. Supervise work crews or technical staff responsible for repairs or adjustments. Qualifications: Architect, Civil Engineer, or related degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of construction site and material management. Familiarity with quality assurance and post-sales processes is desirable. Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in residential construction (finishes, post-sales, or handover). Knowledge of construction materials, building processes, and quality control.
