Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer or architect for construction project control and management, handling documentation, estimates, and budgets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive construction project control and management 2. Construction documentation management and updates 3. Preparation and validation of estimates An engineer or architect is required to oversee the control and management of a construction project. Main Responsibilities: Maintain construction documentation records: project changes, drawing updates, logbooks, progress reports, and photographic reports. Prepare, review, and validate contractors' estimates. Control change orders and extra work. Integrate quantity take-offs and quantifications. Monitor budget ceilings.
