Opportunity to contribute to project success through leadership We are seeking a Construction Resident for an ongoing project in Playacar, Quintana Roo. We are looking for a professional with construction management experience, capable of supervising and coordinating construction tasks, including quartz, granite, marble, solid surface, and sintered stone installations, ensuring all work complies with approved drawings and budgets while guaranteeing premium-quality finishes. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE - Estimating - Construction generators - Blueprint reading - Installation processes - Layout and leveling - Tolerance management - Finish supervision - Site safety - Use of measuring tools - Construction logbook - Operational control Desirable experience in: - Residential and commercial finishes - Surface and countertop installation - Coordination of operational personnel - Contractor management - Blueprint interpretation - Quality control - Client and developer relations - Premium residential and hospitality construction - Zoho Projects This is an on-site position requiring daily presence at the construction site to monitor progress and coordinate with various work teams. The Construction Resident is expected to demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills to direct workers and ensure project quality and schedule adherence.
