Interior Architect Designer – FF&E Experience

Position Summary: We are seeking a professional with experience in FF&E plan and specification sheet design, demonstrable architectural design skills, and knowledge of construction regulations and interior design trends. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in FF&E plan and specification sheet design for the hospitality industry. 2. Architectural design capability from concept to development. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, and 3Ds. Minimum of 3 years of verifiable professional experience (100% verifiable) in FF&E plan and specification sheet design. Experience in hospitality interior design, FF&E, and execution. Age between 25 and 35 years. Architectural design capability (demonstrable via pre-selection test) from concept to full architectural project development. Basic knowledge: Construction regulations, anthropometry and ergonomics, lighting, materials, finishes, basic furniture knowledge and interior design trends, FF&E specification, and furniture design from concept to project development. Technical skills (Design Software): AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, 3Ds (among others). Technical drawing: Graphic representation of interior construction drawings (finishes, installations, carpentry, glazing, etc.) and furniture. Sketch-level representation followed by digital rendering. Other skills: Architectural creativity, ability to develop and define aesthetic and functional solutions (per design standards), fluent communication with suppliers and other specialized departments, organizational skills to meet deadlines, proactivity, analytical thinking, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Professional Attributes: Attention to detail, adaptability to regional style and culture, interest in architecture and/or art, interest in interior design, sense of urgency and goal orientation. Residency in Playa del Carmen or willingness to relocate.
