Experience and Skills: Strong administrative and arithmetic abilities, and capacity for budgetary control across various contracts and projects. Preparation, monitoring, and review of comprehensive baseline budgets. Review and recording of estimates, generators, and change orders. Organization, evaluation, and analysis of construction tenders. Experience in unit price analysis and budgeting across different specialties. Document and project control. Desirable experience in hotel construction and large-scale projects. Proficient computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Neodata, Project, internet, and CAPI. Knowledge of construction regulations. Management of construction logs. Review and quantification of drawings across different specialties. Experience in coordination and supervision of civil works, installations, and finishes. Familiarity with BIM methodology. 3.
