What Are We Looking For? \- Excellent communication with guests and potential customers, as well as problem resolution with them. \- Communication with the reservations team regarding stays, bookings, and guest requests. \- Initiative to collect high-rated guest reviews. \- Assistance in scheduling maintenance and cleaning tasks. \- Property inspections. \- Expense recordkeeping. \- Guest complaints and resolutions. \- Guest reception. \- Scheduling of additional services for guests. \- Coordination of cleaning and maintenance activities. \- Coordination with guest check-in teams. \- Inspection of properties for defects or malfunctions according to quality standards. \- Department review after guest check-out and reporting of any damages to the reservations team. \- Coordination of inspections. \- Coordination of work assignments. \- Assistance and support to the CEO. \- Verification of supplier invoices and account statements. \- Approval of supplier invoices. \- Resource management. \- Inventory coordination. \- Management of the operations team. \- Assistance in weekly management reports. \- Organization of restocking and repairs. \- Coordination with maintenance teams, warranties, and external suppliers regarding repairs; initial inventory for each (new) department and periodic updates. \- Coordination of various administrative tasks. What Are We Looking For? * Person residing in Tulum. * Person with their own motorcycle or vehicle. * Person with their own laptop and mobile phone. * Person with excellent communication skills and strong professional presentation. * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hospitality or vacation rental sector. * Diploma in Tourism or related field. * Proficiency in English and Spanish. * Results-oriented mindset and alignment with the company’s financial goals. * Experience in team management, leadership, customer orientation, as well as planning and organizational capabilities. * Immediate availability.
