You will be responsible for ensuring users enjoy high-quality WiFi connectivity by resolving incidents and proposing network improvements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users for connecting to the WiFi network. * Detect and report incidents such as poor coverage, disconnections, or slow speeds. * Generate activity reports and logs, sharing progress updates with supervisors. * Inspect and ensure proper operation and cleanliness of telecommunications equipment. * Collaborate with NOC, IT, and Operations teams to resolve incidents. * Identify areas for network improvement and propose solutions or expansions. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (incomplete or completed). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in network or telecommunications technical support. * Knowledge of administration and configuration of network equipment (routers, switches, VPNs, VLANs, APs, DHCP), wireless systems, firewalls, and structured cabling. * Basic technical English. **Skills and Competencies:** * Effective communication and customer orientation. * Proactivity and organization. * Ability to quickly resolve technical issues. * Frustration tolerance and teamwork. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary: $15,000 gross monthly + statutory benefits. * Growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. **Location:** Tulum, Q.
