Provide customer service in Spanish and English. \*Tequila Experience Ambassador\* Location: Barceló Hotel – Riviera Maya Position Type: Full-time Job Description: A company specializing in tequila experiences within the hospitality sector is seeking a Tequila Experience Ambassador to represent its brand at the Barceló Hotel. This role focuses on delivering an authentic, high-quality experience to domestic and international guests, integrating customer service, product education, sales support, and basic administrative control. Main Responsibilities: * Guide guests through the tequila experience (history, production process, and tastings). * Represent the brand professionally and courteously. * Provide direct customer service in Spanish and English. * Support sales and close experiential bookings. * Handle cash register operations and collections. * Maintain administrative records and controls. Requirements: * Age: 25 to 50 years old. * Fluent English (mandatory). * Excellent service attitude and strong communication skills. * Responsibility, organization, and integrity. * Experience in customer service, tourism, hospitality, or sales (preferred). * Experience handling cash registers (preferred). Schedule: * Shift: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. * Fixed day off: Tuesdays. We Offer: * Integrated monthly salary of $18,600 MXN. * IMSS registration. * Statutory benefits. * Meals and transportation.
