### **Job Summary** We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Property Manager responsible for ensuring that all properties under our brand are maintained in optimal condition—clean, functional, and aligned with our quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating suppliers, supervising maintenance, controlling inventories, and ensuring efficient operations across each unit. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise cleaning vendors: schedule routine and deep cleaning services, perform quality checks, verify compliance with SOPs, and manage feedback. * Oversee laundry service operations: review quality of linens, monitor inventory levels (par stock), ensure SLA compliance, and coordinate pickups/deliveries. * Manage maintenance personnel (internal and external): prioritize and follow up on work orders, ensure high-quality preventive and corrective maintenance. * Ensure execution of the preventive maintenance program across all units and common areas. * Resolve operational issues escalated by the Guest Services team. * Coordinate the physical onboarding of new properties joining the portfolio. * Manage inventory of supplies (amenities, cleaning products, small appliances, etc.) and oversee purchases within the assigned budget. * Monitor operational expenses (cleaning, laundry, maintenance, supplies), identifying efficiencies and cost optimization opportunities. * Verify that properties meet presentation and functionality standards, as well as local regulations. * Collaborate with Customer Service to keep unit information up to date. * Coordinate the induction and ongoing training process for cleaning staff (either directly or through vendors). ### **Requirements** * Proven experience in property management, preferably in the hospitality, short-term rentals, or related sectors. * Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills. * Ability to coordinate multiple suppliers and contractors. * Solid knowledge of cleaning and maintenance standards in hospitality. * Proactive attitude and attention to detail. * Practical and efficient problem-solving skills. * Experience with property management systems (e.g., Cloudbeds) and task management tools is desirable. ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary based on experience * Dynamic and collaborative work environment * Opportunities for professional development * Join a company focused on quality and guest experience.
