Field Sales Advisor - Tulum

Exciting job opportunity at CENTRAL DE MADERAS Y MATERIALES for the position of Multichannel Sales Advisor in Tulum. We are looking for professionals with experience in sales consulting, sales management, and negotiation. Your role will be key to the development and growth of our multichannel sales projects. **Position Objective:** Promote and sell company products through customer visits in the field, focused on construction companies, contractors, hotels, architects, developers, or distributors, ensuring coverage of the assigned area and achievement of sales targets. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Visit construction sites, construction firms, hotels, architecture and engineering offices to promote company products. \* Identify business opportunities in ongoing or upcoming projects. \* Prepare technical quotations and follow up until sale closure. \* Provide technical advice to customers regarding product use, benefits, and applications. \* Manage orders, delivery follow-up, payments, and after-sales service in coordination with other departments. \* Place orders in the field or through the sales management system (CRM). \* Follow key projects from planning stage through final supply. \* Maintain updated database of customers and key contacts (purchasing managers, site supervisors, warehouse managers). \* Identify customer needs and propose technical and commercial solutions. \* Weekly reporting of results, progress, and visits to the Sales Manager. \* Ability to travel between Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and nearby areas. **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in sales of construction materials or serving contractors and construction sites. **Technical Skills:** \* Experience with CRM or visit reporting tools \* Consultative selling techniques \* Project follow-up experience \* Microsoft Excel, email **Soft Skills:** \* Results-oriented \* Negotiation and persuasion \* Effective communication \* Organization and planning \* Decision-making \* Resilience and persistence \* Ability to work under pressure **Skills:** \* Public relations within the construction sector \* Strong verbal communication \* Active listening \* Ability to identify opportunities on-site \* Teamwork capability \* Goal-oriented mindset **Working Conditions:** Schedule: Full-time, availability to work in the field and visit construction sites.
