We strive to always provide fast and friendly service with the best selection of products and services, offering quality and freshness at a fair price. **Main responsibilities:** **Onboarding and culture** * Coordinate the welcome, onboarding, and support process for new employees at stores or units. * Ensure every new hire understands 7\-Eleven’s culture, values, and purpose. * Monitor the integration of new associates during their first 90 days. **Workplace environment and internal communication** * Promote effective communication between leaders and operational teams. * Implement and monitor workplace climate initiatives (surveys, suggestion boxes, focus groups). * Follow up on climate results by developing action plans together with managers or supervisors. * Serve as the contact point to address employee concerns regarding experience or well-being. **Recognition and development** * Coordinate recognition programs (employee of the month, work anniversaries, outstanding performance). * Identify growth opportunities and refer them to the Talent Attraction and Development team. * Encourage participation in training programs and internal campaigns. **Wellbeing and engagement** * Execute physical, emotional, and social wellbeing activities at units (events, team dynamics, campaigns). * Drive team involvement in corporate social responsibility or volunteer initiatives. * Monitor turnover, absenteeism, and satisfaction indicators to propose preventive actions. **Active listening and continuous improvement** * Gather employee insights (exit interviews, meetings, quick surveys). * Generate monthly reports with findings on employee experience and workplace climate. * Collaborate with Human Resources and Operations teams to design improvement strategies.
