Your Impact You will be a key member of the **IT Architecture Management** team, leading the design, development, and evolution of robust, scalable applications supporting the business’s strategic operations. What You’ll Do * Design and develop enterprise Java applications with a focus on quality, security, and scalability. * Participate in key architectural decisions. * Solve complex performance and security challenges. * Guide and mentor Junior and Semi-Senior developers. * Promote best practices, refactoring, and development standards. * Collaborate with DevOps for automated deployments. * Actively contribute to the security strategy aligned with ISO 27001\.
