REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related field. (NOT CURRENT STUDENTS). Knowledge of on-site and remote first-level technical support. Microsoft 365 environment. VPN knowledge. Experience with ticketing systems is preferred. Strong interest in technical support. Professional appearance. No visible tattoos. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide first-level technical support—on-site or remote—to users from CDMX, other Mexican states, and Latin America. Document all activities in the system. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. WORK LOCATION: Torre Mayor, CDMX. Rotating schedule between 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday shift per month (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM), on a rotating basis.
