Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced blacksmith specializing in the fabrication of specialized museum furniture, working with various metals and collaborating on design and installation. Collaboration with designers and carpenters We seek a blacksmith primarily engaged in manufacturing specialized museum furniture, as well as supporting related functions. The responsibilities include: * Constructing frames, supports, and internal structures for display cases, pedestals, and exhibition panels, including necessary adjustments. * Working with steel, iron, or aluminum based on design and conservation requirements. * Assembling structures to ensure stability, leveling, and load-bearing capacity for artworks. * Reading and interpreting industrial, architectural, and museographic design blueprints. * Collaborating with designers and carpenters to integrate metal with wood, glass, or other materials. * Installing locks, concealed anchors, and anti-vandalism systems in display cases and supports. * Sanding, polishing, and applying anti-corrosion treatments or electrostatic painting. * Participating in on-site furniture installation within the museum. Worker Profile: * Team participation in developing solutions to diverse issues arising during design or fabrication processes. * Availability for flexible scheduling or travel to assembly sites in other states of the republic. * Punctuality. * Proactiveness. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Social security coverage. Biweekly payment.
