Opportunity for growth within the Salesforce ecosystem **Vacancies: Salesforce Developer** -------------------------------------- **Location:** Torres Polanco, CDMX **Work Mode:** Hybrid (2 days onsite / 3 days remote) **Project Type:** Indefinite term **Hiring Timeline:** Immediate (following technical assessment) ### **Compensation Package** * **Base Salary:** $35,000 MXN gross per month * **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements**, including: * Major Medical Expense Insurance (MMEI) * Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to **30 days** of salary * Grocery vouchers * Hybrid work arrangement * Job stability and professional growth in an international company ### **Requirements** * Minimum **6 months of experience** as a Salesforce Developer * Completed bachelor’s degree or current candidate * Experience in configuration and development within the Salesforce ecosystem * Proficiency in **Apex**, **Visualforce**, and/or **Lightning Web Components (LWC)** * Experience with **Flows**, **Triggers**, and **SOQL** * Familiarity with deployment tools and version control systems * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and teamwork abilities ### **️ Key Responsibilities** * Development and customization of Salesforce solutions * Implementation of business logic using Apex and Flows * Creation and maintenance of Lightning components * Integrations with external systems (APIs, web services) * Ongoing support and enhancement of existing functionalities * Technical documentation of developments * Participation in technical assessments and solution validation * Collaborative work with functional and technical teams * **Desirable** * Salesforce certifications (not mandatory): * Salesforce Administrator * Platform Developer I * Platform App Builder * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Knowledge of integrations and enterprise business processes ### **We Offer** * A stable, long-term project * An excellent work environment * Continuous learning in challenging projects * Opportunity for growth within the Salesforce ecosystem
