Collaborate with the production team to continuously improve processes. **Job Description** We are seeking a **CNC Programmer** with experience in lathes, milling machines, and machining centers, responsible for programming, setup, and optimization of CNC machinery, ensuring precision, quality, and compliance with manufacturing standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Program and optimize CNC machines for high-precision part machining. * Adjust and commission CNC machinery. * Select appropriate tools and materials for each process. * Monitor and adjust cutting parameters. * Diagnose and correct programming and operational errors. * Ensure final product quality in accordance with ISO standards. * Perform basic preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC equipment. * Collaborate with the production team to continuously improve processes. **Requirements** **Education:** * CNC Machining Technician, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** * 2–5 years of CNC programming experience (lathe, milling machine, and machining centers). * Proficiency in G- and M-codes. * Experience in CNC machine setup. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and adjust cutting parameters. **Technical Knowledge:** * CAD/CAM software: Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360\. * Familiarity with machining tools. * ISO quality standards and industrial safety regulations. **Skills and Competencies** * Problem analysis and resolution * Working under pressure * Teamwork * Results orientation * Proactivity * Organization * Sense of urgency * Continuous improvement and quality focus * Decision-making ability * Numerical aptitude **General Profile** * **Age:** 25–45 years * **Gender:** Unrestricted * **Marital status:** Unrestricted **Salary and Benefits** * **Monthly salary:** $12,000 MXN * **Statutory benefits:** * Year-end bonus: 15 days * Vacation entitlement as per law * Vacation premium: 25% * **Probation period:** 1–3 months **Selection Process** * In-person interview * Psychometric assessment **Interview Location:** Santa Catarina 35, Santa Catarina Yecahuizotl, 56618 Valle de Chalco Solidaridad, State of Mexico **Interview Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM–3:00 PM **Contact Person:** DULCE MANRIQUE Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Workplace: On-site employment
