Requirements Education * Completed secondary education or technical degree in gastronomy (preferred). Experience 1–2 years in restaurants. Knowledge * Basic cooking techniques. * Hygienic food handling. * Production and service line operations. * Basic use of kitchen utensils and equipment. * Distintivo H certification (preferred).
