Job Summary: Responsible for handling, analyzing, and resolving incidents and requests related to IT infrastructure, while administering and monitoring servers, platforms, and networks. Key Responsibilities: 1. IT infrastructure incident and request resolution 2. Server administration and support (Windows/Linux) 3. LAN/WAN network and firewall support and monitoring Handle, analyze, and resolve incidents, requests, and changes related to IT infrastructure, meeting established service level agreements. Administer, support, and monitor: o Physical and virtual servers (Windows / Linux). o Virtualization platforms. o LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, switches, routers, and VPN services. o Basic data center operations. Salary: $30,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
