




At **Daystore**, we are looking for an Operational Trainer responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs primarily aimed at operational staff—such as pickers and store operators—within the convenience store and retail sector, ensuring proper execution of processes, operational standards, and system usage. **Position Objective** Ensure that operational staff possess the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to perform their duties efficiently, guaranteeing correct adoption of processes, systems, and operational standards from onboarding through their development within the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Train operational staff—including pickers, store operators, and related positions—on operational processes and service standards. * Deliver onboarding programs for new operational employees. * Coordinate and conduct training during openings of new branches or implementation of new processes and systems. * Provide on-floor support to ensure correct operational execution. * Conduct frequent travel (approximately 1.5 times per month) to provide in-person support to stores. * Evaluate training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement actions. **Requirements** * Proven experience training operational staff in retail, convenience stores, or similar sectors. * Knowledge of in-store operational processes (picking, customer service, inventory management, floor operations). * Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple training initiatives. * Availability for regular travel. * Ability to build teams and convey knowledge clearly and effectively. **Compensation** * Monthly salary between $15,000 and $18,000 MXN, commensurate with experience and competencies. * Statutory benefits + Additional benefits beyond statutory requirements. * Job stability and growth opportunities.
