Contributes to the integrity of vehicle and data solutions About the Role The VIO \& Data Solutions Trainee is responsible for collecting, recording, auditing, and cataloging detailed vehicle and article data in TecAlliance’s database according to established guidelines. This role ensures high\-quality and accurate data while supporting business needs with technical information. Operating within the Mexican and Central American automotive markets, with frequent reporting and alignment with senior leadership, this trainee role contributes directly to the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of TecAlliance’s vehicle and data solutions. Key Responsibilities Primary Focus * Prepare and document technical vehicle data. * Analyze, convert, and process data from third\-party systems. * Maintain, alter, and review data to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Daily Tasks * Enter vehicle and article data into the corporate database. * Prepare technical documentation. * Perform quality assurance checks on data records. Goals \& Objectives * Improve workload distribution among analysts. * Support automation of cataloging processes. * Build familiarity with ACES, PIES, and TecDoc standards. Collaboration \& Reporting * Maintain internal activity controls and reporting for accuracy. * Support data management tasks with compliance to guidelines. * Propose improvements to data methodologies and processes.
