Position Summary: We are seeking a Technical Service and Systems Engineer to provide specialized support for analytical equipment, software installation, network administration, servers, and SQL databases. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of pharmaceutical analytical equipment. 2. Software development and system administration. 3. User technical training and consulting. Position: Technical Service and Systems Engineer Salary: MXN 10,000.00–14,000.00 per month (negotiable based on experience and expertise) Employment Type: Full-time Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, with availability for travel; half-day on Saturdays. Work Location: On-site (near Las Américas, Ecatepec de Morelos) Job Description We are seeking a Technical Service and Systems Engineer to provide specialized support for analytical equipment, as well as client-side installation of our software, and administration of networks, servers, and SQL databases in office environments. Key Responsibilities · Preventive and corrective maintenance of analytical equipment in the pharmaceutical sector. · Installation of analytical equipment and our software, including configuration of networks, servers, and SQL databases. · Software development and system administration. · Administration of technological infrastructure. · Preparation of service reports and calibration certificates. · Development and validation of methods on automated dissolution and content uniformity equipment. · User technical training and consulting. · Customer support and continuous work across the Mexican Republic. · Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Verifiable Knowledge · Chemistry. · Instrumentation. · Basic–intermediate English. · Systems and networks (SQL); Systems, networks, and SQL. Education Engineering or bachelor’s degree (graduated or in thesis defense process) in: Biochemical Engineering. Pharmaceutical Chemist–Biologist (QFB). Industrial Pharmaceutical Chemist (QFI). Computer Systems Engineering. Computer Science. Data Science. Information Technologies. Software, Networks, or related Engineering. Essential Requirements · Degree certificate or proof of degree in progress. · Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical sector (experience with analytical equipment preferred). · Residence in areas near Las Américas, Ecatepec de Morelos (or with easy access). · Willingness and ability to travel within the Mexican Republic. · Valid driver’s license and highway/metropolitan area driving experience (manual and automatic vehicles). · Basic–intermediate English (ability to read technical manuals and communicate effectively).
