Responsibilities: Coordinate internal labor relations Liaise with Management Carry out employee separation processes. Implement and monitor disciplinary measures. Calculate final settlements Prepare monthly reports Advise operational departments on best practices in labor relations. Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law and other applicable regulations. Draft and implement administrative minutes and corrective actions. Manage employee termination and separation procedures. Prevent labor risks through corrective actions and operational support.
