




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and safety of facilities, rooms, and equipment by performing preventive and corrective tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Solid technical knowledge in electricity, plumbing, and more. **Maintenance Operator (Temporary, to cover incapacity)** Responsible for ensuring the proper operation, maintenance, and safety of facilities, rooms, and equipment (air conditioning, plumbing, electricity, painting). Perform preventive and corrective tasks in hotel rooms and facilities. * **Main Responsibilities:** * **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Execute maintenance plans for rooms (plumbing, lighting, painting) and public areas. * **Technical Services:** Electrical repairs, plumbing, painting, locksmithing, carpentry, and masonry. * **Critical Equipment:** Inspection and operation of mechanical rooms, boilers, ventilation/air conditioning systems, and kitchen equipment. * **Guest Service:** Respond promptly to malfunction reports in rooms. * **Safety and Logs:** Conduct inspection rounds, record meter readings (water, electricity, gas), and log activities in logbooks. **Requirements and Knowledge:** * Proven experience in general building maintenance (rooms, common areas). * Solid technical knowledge: electricity, air conditioning, plumbing, painting, and general mechanics. * **Skills and Attitudes:** * High responsiveness and problem-solving ability. * Attention to detail and proactivity. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. * Customer service orientation. * **Conditions:** Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
