A company specialized in **rubber tolling** is seeking a **Production Planner** to ensure the proper execution of the production schedule, optimizing resources and delivery times, and guaranteeing compliance with customer requirements. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor the master production schedule (MPS) based on orders, capacities, and material availability. * Coordinate with logistics, procurement, quality, and warehouse departments to ensure the proper flow of materials and work orders. * Monitor cycle times, bottlenecks, and plant workloads. * Track tolling orders, scheduling changes, and urgent needs. * Generate production performance reports and capacity forecasts. * Propose improvements in planning and production processes. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **production planning within tolling operations**, preferably in rubber, elastomers, or plastics. * Knowledge of extrusion, compression/injection molding, or similar processes (desirable). * Advanced Excel and ERP skills (preferably SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). * Analytical ability and results-oriented mindset. * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
