Our commitment to academic excellence and cultural and ethical values makes our school an ideal place for professional growth. **Job Requirements** * Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Human Communication, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably in schools. * Experience working with secondary and high school students. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. **Job Responsibilities** * Proficiency in developing and monitoring specialized, individualized programs for students with diverse learning needs. * Ability to identify and analyze academic difficulties and propose timely interventions. * Skill in interpreting psychopedagogical assessments and translating results into concrete action plans. * Collaborative work with teachers on learning, differentiation, and pedagogical strategies. * Excellent communication with parents, external therapists, and the school team. **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * 5% savings fund. * Free parking.
