Job Summary: We are seeking a collections specialist with experience in the financial sector to manage and follow up on outstanding debts, applying negotiation strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Manage collections through various communication channels. 2. Apply negotiation strategies for debt recovery. 3. Maintain the assigned portfolio with payments up to date. **Kante Network** We recognize ourselves as a leading contact center offering specialized services for the financial sector. **Responsibilities** · Conduct collections via phone calls, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp. · Follow up with clients until debt recovery is achieved. · Maintain the assigned portfolio with payments up to date. · Apply negotiation and collection strategies. **WE OFFER**: · Base salary: $9,600 monthly · Statutory benefits: IMSS, vacation, profit sharing, year-end bonus. · Uncapped commission scheme · Biweekly commissions ranging from $500 to $10,000 · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; weekends, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; rotating day off. · Immediate hiring · Referral program · Company-provided phone Requirements: Minimum 3–6 months of experience in the Fintech sector, financial sector, and/or cold sales.
