Job Summary: We are seeking payroll executives to administer and outsource payroll processing, execute tax and labor calculations, and ensure payment accuracy. Key Highlights: 1. Payroll administration and outsourcing for a staff of 300+ people 2. Execution and validation of tax and labor calculations 3. Management of regular payroll, extraordinary payroll, Profit Sharing (PTU), severance payments, and year-end bonuses Description: A firm dedicated to enhancing corporate human talent is seeking payroll executives. Main Responsibilities Administration and outsourcing of payroll for a staff of at least 300 people. Execution and validation of tax and labor calculations (severance payments, settlements, annual benefits). Ensuring payment accuracy through Excel validation tools. Maintaining up-to-date information in systems Requirements: What Are We Looking For? **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable payroll experience (mandatory). **Management:** Ability to manage a headcount of 300+ employees. **Technical Knowledge:** Calculation of regular and extraordinary payroll; calculation of Profit Sharing (PTU), severance payments, settlements, and year-end bonuses; Excel: Intermediate level (validation formulas, pivot tables); Bonus: Knowledge of Social Security (desirable); Software: Preferably SAP or Oracle 1 years
