Opportunity for leadership within the technical area At GC Arquitectura Ligera, we seek an Architect with constructive vision and analytical capability to become a key contributor to our value chain. We are looking for a technically experienced profile capable of ensuring that designs are both profitable and field-executable. Profile Architect (Intern or Graduate). Minimum 1–2 years of experience in construction site supervision and/or material quantity takeoff. Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and 3D. Proficiency in SketchUp and rendering software (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar). Solid knowledge of: Material quantity takeoff (steel). Lightweight structural systems and metalwork. Reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings. Organized, responsible, and capable of on-site problem solving. Responsibilities Preparation and updating of technical drawings. 3D modeling and development of client-facing renders. Accurate material quantity takeoff for budget integration. Support in preparing descriptive specifications and technical project documentation. Technical liaison with the production department to adjust deliverables per site requirements.
