As a national leader in the industry, we enjoy recognition from our public and private sector clients. · **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Perform cleaning, assembly, painting, verification testing of products or their components, and support all tasks assigned by the production supervisor. **Requirements:** * Secondary school or high school diploma. * Minimum 1 year of experience as a Helper or in a similar position. * Teamwork skills, good communication, strong organizational ability, service-oriented attitude. * Proactive attitude, initiative, and ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with people at all hierarchical levels. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. **Responsibilities:** * Basic knowledge of equipment used (e.g., grinders, motorized tools), as well as basic measurement units (cm, inches, etc.). * Ensure product quality meets the company’s manufacturing requirements. * Carry out activities according to production schedules to meet deadlines. * Use appropriate safety equipment (goggles, gloves, face masks, lab coats). * Perform additional duties assigned by General Management as required by company needs.
