




Position Summary: Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for armed personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance and the development of tactical and operational skills. Key Highlights: 1. Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for armed personnel, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, proper use of weapons, and development of tactical, operational, and risk-response skills, to guarantee a safe, professional, and efficient service. * Deliver theoretical and practical courses on safe handling of firearms. * Train on security protocols, use of force, and legitimate defense. * Train in shooting techniques, reaction, custody, and protection. * Periodically evaluate competencies of armed personnel. * Design training plans and programs in accordance with current regulations. * Verify proper use, storage, and maintenance of weapons. * Supervise field exercises and shooting range practices. * Maintain records of training, certifications, and evaluations. * Update training content according to regulatory changes or emerging risks. * Identify training needs and propose improvements. * Coordinate emergency response drills and exercises. * Ensure compliance with safety standards during training activities. **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree preferred in Security, Criminology, or related fields. **Experience:** * 3–5 years in private security or security forces (military, police, etc.) * DC5 CERTIFICATION * Proven experience in handling firearms * Experience as an instructor or trainer (preferred) Salary: Up to $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Vision insurance * Company phone * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
