Position Summary: We are seeking a Driver/Custodian to conduct transportation, maintain vehicles and facilities, and provide logistical support with a service-oriented attitude. Key Highlights: 1. Dual role as driver and custodian for operational support. 2. Responsible for vehicle maintenance and facility cleaning. 3. Collaboration in various support and logistics activities. We are looking for talent for the position of: **Driver / CustodianRequirements** * Completed high school education. * Valid Class A driver's license. * Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmission vehicles. * Availability to perform off-site transportation and support tasks. * Professional appearance, service-oriented attitude, punctuality, responsibility, and discretion. **Knowledge and Experience** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a driver, custodian, general services assistant, or in operational support roles. * Knowledge of safe and defensive driving, traffic regulations, and city routes. * Proficiency with navigation applications such as Google Maps or Waze. * Basic vehicle inspection and record-keeping for mileage, fuel, inspections, or services. * Facility support including space arrangement, handling internal requests, and general custodial duties. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct staff transportation according to operational needs. * Maintain the vehicle clean, organized, and in proper working condition. * Perform basic vehicle inspections and report malfunctions or maintenance needs. * Track mileage, fuel consumption, inspections, services, or vehicle incidents. * Assist with facility opening, closing, and general inspections. * Keep common areas, meeting rooms, reception, cafeteria, hallways, or assigned spaces tidy and clean. * Assist in arranging furniture, materials, supplies, or equipment as required. * Report malfunctions, damages, or maintenance needs related to facilities, furniture, or equipment. * Provide logistical support for meetings, internal events, training sessions, or visits. * Respond to general staff requests with a service-oriented, respectful, and discreet attitude. **Schedule** Monday to Friday, with flexible hours based on operational needs. **Work Modality** On-site. Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $5,772.42 – $9,684.26 per month Work Location: On-site employment
