A prominent storage and distribution company in Mexico is seeking: ***HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT*** **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field (current student or graduate). * Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll or HR administration roles. * Knowledge of weekly payroll processes or tax calculations; basic-to-intermediate proficiency in NOI (data entry, e-invoicing, credit updates, transactions); IMSS: salary types, Base Salary for Contributions (SBC), affiliation transactions (IDSE); basic weekly ISR calculation using withholding tables; INFONAVIT loans: discount factors, loan types (VSM, UMAs, percentage); FONACOT: validation and control of deductions; basic SUA usage. * Excel: filters, tables, macros. **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing the weekly pre-payroll (validation of payroll items and calculations, excluding incident data entry). * Validate earnings, deductions, and items entered by HR. * Review INFONAVIT and FONACOT loan deductions and update them in NOI. * Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary modifications in IDSE. * Review and assist in calculating IMSS contributions via SUA (Junior level). * E-invoice CFDI pay slips in NOI and distribute them to employees. * Prepare and deliver weekly payroll reports to Accounting (by cost centers). * Assist in preparing severance and settlement documents. * Address employee inquiries regarding payroll payments, maintaining respectful communication. * File, control, and safeguard all payroll-related documents. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position. * Weekly payments. * Statutory benefits. * Direct employment contract with the company. * Life insurance. * Meal vouchers. * Emotional salary. **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM** **Work Location: CALLE FRANCISCO I.
