Continuous learning on set and in real operations **Job Description** We are seeking an **Audiovisual Production Coordinator** to join our client’s team—a leading **audiovisual production company**. This person will be responsible for ensuring the proper operational execution of projects, from pre-production through final delivery. This position is ideal for organized, solution-oriented professionals with a passion for the audiovisual industry who wish to engage in the **day-to-day operations of a production company**, gaining comprehensive exposure to the full production process. You will play a key role in internal coordination, working closely with executive producers, vendors, and the creative team—with real opportunities for advancement into higher-responsibility production roles. **Main Responsibilities** **Project Coordination** * Manage **pre-production processes**: quotations, vendor sourcing and coordination. * Develop and monitor **production timelines**. * Ensure proper project execution from kickoff through final delivery. **Administration and Control** * Review contracts and administrative documentation. * Maintain order and control over folders, materials, and deliverables. * Support internal organization of the department. **On-Set Operations** * Provide logistical support during filming. * Coordinate resources such as transportation, technical equipment, and crew needs. **Communication and Follow-up** * Track progress across research, production, and post-production departments. * Support client service and follow-up throughout projects. * Coordinate schedules, meetings, and operational requirements. **Continuous Improvement and Support** * Identify opportunities to improve internal processes. * Manage office supplies and general operational needs. * Support key operational tasks essential to department functionality. **Requirements** **Experience** * 1–3 years at audiovisual production companies, agencies, or similar environments. * Prior experience in project coordination or production. **Technical Skills** * Google Workspace * Excel (intermediate level) * Canva * Keynote or presentation tools * Preferred: Final Cut * General understanding of the audiovisual process (pre-, production, and post-) **Key Skills** * Exceptional organizational and tracking abilities * Problem-solving under pressure * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Vendor negotiation skills * Sense of urgency and results orientation * Clear and effective communication **Other** * Intermediate English * Preferred: Personal equipment (Mac) **Education** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree **What This Role Offers** * Monthly salary: **$15,000–$20,000 MXN** * Project bonuses: **$3,000–$5,000 per shoot** * Active participation in **6–10 projects per month** * Direct exposure to the entire audiovisual production process * Continuous learning on set and in real operations * Mid-term growth opportunity into production roles * **On-site** work arrangement Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00–$20,000.00 per month Application question(s): * How many years of experience do you have in audiovisual production or at production companies? * Have you participated in project or filming coordination?
