*METODO ESCALA NEGOCIOS SA DE CV is seeking a Quality Management Systems Analyst in Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo* A company dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of ready-mix concrete is seeking a **Quality Management Systems Analyst** to support the implementation, standardization, measurement, and improvement of the QMS across all our plants. This role is critical to ensuring product quality, strengthening processes, reducing variability, and guaranteeing operational reliability throughout the region. **Responsibilities** * Verify current **Quality Management Systems** (QMS) and processes across all plants. * Conduct and coordinate **internal audits**, track findings, and implement corrective actions. * Document and standardize key operational processes: production, maintenance, logistics, and control. * Monitor **continuous improvement programs** (Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, SPC). * Maintain master document control, traceability, and system versioning. * Collaborate with Production, Logistics, and Maintenance to ensure consistency of standards across plants. * Provide technical support for strategic operational decision-making. **Requirements** * Industrial, Materials, or Quality Engineering degree, or related field. 1 to 3 years of experience in: * Industrial quality management or continuous processes. * Supporting QMS implementation or reconstruction. * Internal audits and closure of corrective actions. * Statistical analysis and process control. * Intermediate **Excel** proficiency. * Availability to travel between plants (Pachuca, Zumpango, Puebla, Querétaro, State of Mexico).
