**Job Description** **Mexico City** **Education Level** Bachelor's degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or Industrial Engineering **Required Experience** Minimum 3 years of experience with training KPIs and HR analytics **Skills** *Soft Skills* * Creative thinking * Analytical ability * Problem solving * Collaboration * Agility * Results delivery * Organization and working under pressure *Technical Skills* * Learning methodologies (for adults) * Project Management * Office * LMS * Course and graphic design software * Power Apps **Summary** Position responsible for coordinating learning and development initiatives for administrative areas of Beer Supply Chain and SEF Mexico, corporate programs, administrative processes (budget and KPIs), and content development aligned with the organizational instructional design model in electronic/virtual, in-person, or blended formats. **Responsibilities** 1\. Coordinate learning and development initiatives and programs for administrative areas of Beer Supply Chain and SEF Mexico, from delivering Onboarding courses to logistics for in-person courses (scheduling, invitations, confirmations, venue, and materials) 2\. Manage key departmental indicators and oversee the budget control for CIH Holdings Mexico in coordination with the USA, generating monthly business reports 3\. Develop training content for Beer Supply Chain and SEF Mexico, covering both functional topics and leadership 4\. Local administration of the LMS (Workday Learning and My Beer Academy), the Beer Academy page within UCB, and the Star Trainers Program in coordination with breweries 5\. Development of e-learning and digital content providers for implementation within the training offerings for functional and leadership topics 6\. Coordination with the USA (Chicago and Rochester) for integration of corporate content and ensuring localization for Beer Supply Chain and SEF Mexico 7\. Manage the annual content development budget 8\. Implementation of evaluation systems for internally and externally developed programs 9\. Evaluation of content creation providers (quality and response time) 10\. Ensure definition and implementation of knowledge transfer tools 11\.
