Position Summary: We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead teams, manage processes and suppliers, and ensure quality and professional development in the notions and hosiery sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead teams and foster continuous improvement. 2. Standardize operational processes and manage suppliers. 3. Promote the professional development of personnel under supervision. Company dedicated to the commercialization of notions and hosiery products is seeking: Operations Manager The responsibilities include the following: Ensure a minimum inventory accuracy rate of 95% across both branches. 2. Develop, analyze, and publish monthly KPIs for key areas. 3. Lead teams to promote continuous improvement and regulatory compliance. 4. Manage suppliers and validate delivery notes prior to payments. 5. Administer the petty cash fund in CDMX with control and transparency. 6. Implement and maintain the Quality Management System. 7. Standardize operational processes across branches. 8. Promote the professional development of personnel under supervision. 9.
