




Job Summary: We are seeking a certified Public Accountant to manage accounting records, accounts, invoicing, and payroll, with solid tax knowledge. Key Highlights: 1. Team collaboration and proactive problem-solving We are looking for a certified Public Accountant REQUIREMENTS: -Minimum education: Certified Accountant - 2 years of experience - Knowledge of: Financial statement management Federal tax returns (VAT and Income Tax), ISN, and DIOT SUA system operation REPSE compliance Main Responsibilities: - Accounting entries: Record journal entries, income, and expenses in the accounting system. - Accounts payable and receivable: Review supplier invoices, schedule payments, reconcile debtor accounts. - Bank reconciliations - Invoicing: Issue invoices, credit notes, and REP in accordance with SAT requirements. - Payroll: Validate payroll incidents and record payroll receipts in the accounting system. - FONACOT portal management. - Filing and control: Personnel file management COMPETENCIES: - Communication skills - Organization and control - Proactivity and initiative - Teamwork - Problem-solving Salary: $15,000–18,000 gross monthly (paid biweekly) Benefits: Statutory benefits – 30-day bonus Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 2 years of experience Age: between 25 and 45 years Knowledge: Aspel NOI, bank reconciliations, Contpaqi, DIOT, IDSE, SUA Keywords: assistant, helper, aide, auxiliary, accountant, bookkeeper, controller, treasurer, billing clerk, accounting clerk
