A specialization in Human Resources is desirable. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and applicable regulations. * Experience in performance evaluation, training, and development. * Internal communication. * Ability to resolve conflicts with a human-centered approach. * Empathy, active listening, and emotional sensitivity.
