Responsibilities: * Support the recording, control, and tracking of operational and administrative costs for the department. * Review invoices, cost allocations, and reconciliations. * Update summaries and databases with cost, asset, and service information. * Track fixed asset additions and disposals, ensuring complete supporting documentation. * Collaborate in preparing monthly closings and cost control reports. * Organize and safeguard physical and digital documentation related to departmental records and transactions.
