**Job Objective**
Provide comprehensive support to employees through personnel administration, ensuring compliance with policies, administrative processes, and a positive employee experience aligned with the organization’s culture and objectives.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Execute hiring, contract renewal, and termination processes.
* Compile, update, and safeguard physical and digital personnel files.
* Manage payroll incidents (vacations, leaves of absence, absences, disabilities).
* Prepare monthly reports on new hires and terminations.
* Control access, ID badges, and internal benefits.
* Administer attendance tracking (time clock system).
* Draft and issue employment letters and administrative documents.
* Record and follow up on administrative minutes.
* Ensure proper implementation of internal policies and labor regulations.
* Execute administrative termination procedures.
* Coordinate document signing, debt settlement, and exit interviews.
* Follow up on severance payments and internal notifications.
**Requirements**
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Personnel Administration or Human Resources.
Previous experience as an HR Assistant or Analyst (excluding recruitment).
**Technical Knowledge**

* Intermediate Excel proficiency (70–75%).
