Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to handle accounting records, bank reconciliations, support in tax filings, payroll, and withholding calculations. Key Highlights: 1. Accounting journal entry recording and bank reconciliations 2. Support in tax filings and payroll/withholding calculations 3. Use of accounting software (Aspel, CONTPAQI, SAE) and intermediate/advanced Excel - ACCOUNTING JOURNAL ENTRY RECORDING - BANK RECONCILIATIONS - SUPPORT IN TAX FILINGS - PAYROLL AND WITHHOLDING CALCULATIONS - USE OF ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE (Aspel, CONTPAQI, SAE) - KNOWLEDGE OF ISR AND IVA - INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS MINIMUM 1–2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING WORK SCHEDULE: MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9 AM TO 6 PM WORK LOCATION: BOSQUES DE LAGO, CUAUTITLÁN IZCALLI MUST RESIDE NEAR THE WORK LOCATION AS THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION SALARY BASED ON QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE IN THE FIELD . -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 25 and 45 years Keywords: helper, assistant, assistant, aux, auxiliary, assistant, helper, aide, accountant, paymaster, controller, accountant, billing clerk, treasurer, accountant
