Job Summary: This Courier Assistant position focuses on ensuring the timely receipt and dispatch of documents and materials for operations, as well as tracking packages. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of documents and materials. 2. Handle shipments with courier companies such as FEDEX and DHL. 3. Track waybills to ensure package delivery. Talento Martí invites you to challenge your limits and join our team as: COURIER ASSISTANT Objective: Ensure timely and proper receipt of documents and materials to meet operational objectives (e.g., promotion communications, event materials, etc). Requirements: • 1 year of experience in waybill tracking, scheduled pickup coordination, claim follow-up, and package recovery. • Advanced Excel • Completed High School Diploma Responsibilities: • Dispatch waybills for pickups at foreign units and ensure timely and secure return of laptops, mobile phones, files, contracts, etc. • Package Display department materials to ensure distribution to respective stores. • Attend to daily scheduled package pickups to guarantee timely dispatch via FEDEX and DHL couriers. • Receive documentation through courier services to ensure delivery to Corporate staff. • Track shipments by monitoring waybills on the corresponding courier portal to ensure delivery. • Quantify cleaning supply inventory to verify availability of required items for daily operations.
