Growth within the company About Us – VIMAQ We are looking for a **Human Resources professional** capable of managing administrative, operational, and field processes. This person will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating field and administrative staff, and supporting key departmental processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of operational, technical, and administrative personnel. * Conducting interviews, assessments, and candidate follow-up. * Managing employee onboarding, termination, and modifications with IMSS. * Preparing and maintaining personnel files. * Handling attendance incidents, absences, and payroll reports. * Managing project-based contracts, renewals, and severance agreements. * Supporting STPS audits and documentation. * Supporting workplace climate initiatives. * Preparing quarterly ICSOE and SISUB reports. * Addressing all legal department requirements. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * 2–3 years of experience in HR. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and STPS regulations. * Experience handling attendance incidents, pre-payroll processing, and personnel control. * Experience recruiting for positions such as operators, riggers, engineers, supervisors, and administrative staff. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and applicable legal framework. * Familiarity with ISO management systems. * Knowledge of machinery. **Competencies** * Operational leadership * Assertive communication * Organization and attention to detail * Working under pressure and in field environments * Conflict resolution * Results orientation **We Offer** * Competitive salary (MXN $20,000.00 to MXN $25,000.00 net per month, based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Growth within the company * Professional work environment Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term Salary: MXN $20,000.00 – MXN $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance Work Location: On-site employment
