




Job Summary: We are seeking a Database Analyst to manage, optimize, and extract relevant information for decision-making, with a focus on data analysis and call center performance indicator tracking. Analyze data, identify relevant patterns and trends The Universidad del Valle de México invites you to join its team as: DATABASE ANALYST We are looking for an organized individual with numerical aptitude, financial knowledge, and administrative skills. Functions and Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain databases, including creation, modification, and deletion of data, as well as user and permission management. - Ensure databases operate efficiently, optimizing performance and data access speed. - Extract relevant information from databases to support business decision-making, generating reports and visualizations. - Executive presentations - Ability to analyze data, identify patterns and trends, and draw relevant conclusions. - Monitoring of key metrics such as: • Service Level (SL) • Average Handle Time (AHT) • Call abandonment rate • Agent occupancy • Reconciliation of registered entries in databases • Connection times • Generation of reports and performance analysis of advisors -Requirements: - Experience with database management systems - Advanced Excel proficiency - Understanding of statistical concepts and quantitative analysis methods. - Ability to uncover patterns and trends in large datasets. - Minimum 2 years of database management experience - Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related Engineering field (CERTIFICATE required). - Call center experience (minimum 1 year in operations reporting).
