




**MAINTENANCE MANAGER** **TEPEJI DEL RIO, HGO.** **Job Description** * Plan, control, and ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance program and scheduled inspections for the company’s heavy-duty and utility equipment. * Ensure fleet operational availability by minimizing downtime. * Manage departmental budgets and optimize costs without compromising safety. * Coordinate with the Operations Manager regarding vehicle availability for workshop or external supplier servicing. * Supervise vehicle maintenance performed by workshops and/or external suppliers. * Coordinate response and follow-up on roadside assistance. * Ensure vehicles comply with the company’s maximum permitted speed policies. * Supervise follow-up on pending vehicle maintenance tasks. * Ensure all information entered into the company’s IT systems is accurate and truthful. * Ensure proper opening and closing of work orders, including technical details and cost breakdowns. * Conduct daily follow-up at agencies where vehicles are undergoing repairs. * Supervise tire inventory control and status monitoring (traffic-light system). * Assign daily tasks and work shifts to maintenance staff and mechanics. * Ensure compliance with workshop safety regulations. * Supervise repairs and work performed by mechanics. * Track manufacturer warranties and recall campaigns. * Ensure staff are properly trained to perform their duties. * Supervise minimum stock levels of critical spare parts. * Validate invoices for external services (e.g., wheel alignment, engine reconditioning, etc.). * Verify vehicles comply with applicable SCT regulations (NOM-06, NOM-068, etc.). * Guarantee compliance with established procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements of the QHSE Management System. * Age ≥ 35 years * Marital status: no restrictions * Bachelor’s degree (Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field) * 3 years as Maintenance Manager, 2 years in supervisory roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Mechanics and Spare Parts Tractor-trailers and Mechanics Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Traffic Regulations and Applicable SCT Official Standards for Transportation Mechanical Workshop Equipment and Tools Work under Pressure Proactive Strong Communication Skills Responsible Organized Leadership Teamwork * Salary: $28,035.24 MXN per month, free of deductions * Statutory Benefits * Excellent Work Environment * Job Stability On-site position with willingness to travel.
