Experience in real-world and multidisciplinary projects Technical Support Intern Location: VALLEJO PLANT Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Financial support: $6500 MONTHLY GROSS Are you passionate about technology and seeking an opportunity to grow across diverse ICT areas? Join our team as an Intern and gain valuable Technical Support experience! RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support for software installation, configuration, and updates on computing devices. Perform preventive maintenance on computers and printers (physical cleaning and general inspection). Assist in diagnosing basic failures in computing equipment and telephony systems. Provide first-level technical support to users (on-site or remote). Collaborate in network cabling installation and organization. Log incidents and track support tickets. Assist in basic device configuration (email, printers, network, etc.). REQUIREMENTS Currently enrolled student (final semesters) in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field. Valid facultative insurance and up-to-date tax status certificate. Interest in technical support and IT problem resolution. Availability to work full-time shifts.
