Job stability Job Objective · Operate the oral solid pharmaceutical products granulation line, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety, and hygiene to guarantee product quality, productivity, and adherence to the production schedule. Main Responsibilities · Operate granulation and powder mixing equipment. Make adjustments to equipment to maintain operation within established parameters. Perform physical tests and process controls during granulation. Complete and reconcile manufacturing documentation in accordance with GDP. Disassemble, clean, and reassemble granulation equipment. Identify and report deviations, equipment failures, or product defects. Comply with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. Train assigned personnel when required. Support the department with overtime, coverage, and training as operational needs arise. Requirements Education: High school diploma (junior high school with verifiable experience may be considered). Experience: Minimum 2 years operating granulation equipment for solid pharmaceutical products. Technical Knowledge: Powder granulation and mixing NOM-059 (GMP and GDP) Process controls Equipment cleaning and sanitization Skills: Attention to detail Teamwork Manual dexterity Ability to detect abnormal noises or vibrations in machinery Availability to rotate shifts and perform physical labor.
